Day 12

Chia Pudding

So, the Chia Seed pudding (Dr. Oz's Weight-Loss Pudding from Day 7) was a success!

Here is another Sambazon product (Acai-Blueberry-Pomegranate) and it's my favorite flavor so far.  

I am not a fan or measuring and usually wing the amounts needed so I added a few scoops of Chia seeds with about 1/2 cup of juice until it looked right.  I gave it a good stir and set it in the fridge for 20 minutes, then stirred it again and returned it to the fridge for about 10 more minutes.  The seeds absorb the juice and expand to really form a pudding-like consistency.  I also used orange juice and they were both very good.
